A multidisciplinary chartered accountancy practice serving founders, growing businesses, investors, and individuals — built on the conviction that a CA firm should be a genuine business partner, not just a compliance vendor.

Who we are

A firm built on conviction

Aneri R Shah & Associates was founded on the belief that Chartered Accountants are partners in nation building — that the right CA firm should go well beyond filing returns and signing audit reports. Our purpose is to help individuals create, grow, and sustain businesses that generate value; to give founders the financial rigour to raise capital and scale with confidence; and to provide investors with the independent analysis needed to make informed decisions.

Our team has built careers across high-growth startups, leading CA firms, and global MNCs — bringing together rare depth across financial strategy, business planning, financial modelling, valuations, FP&A, taxation, statutory compliance, corporate governance, and business law. We don't just understand regulations — we understand businesses.

We are a focused, partner-led practice. Every engagement is handled directly by experienced professionals — not delegated to junior staff. We maintain a selective client base by design, because the quality of attention we give each engagement depends on it. CA, CS, and legal expertise sit under one roof, which means our clients deal with one firm — and one point of contact — across the full range of their financial, compliance, and legal needs.

We adhere strictly to the ICAI Code of Ethics in every engagement. Client matters are held in the strictest professional confidence. We maintain professional independence and do not engage in solicitation, fee-sharing, or any practice inconsistent with the standards the profession demands.
